    I absolutely love this desk. More every day. It is in my home office and is a beautiful piece of furniture. Every detail is perfect, from the gorgeous exterior to the detail inside the drawers. There was zero damage during the shipping process, which was halfway across the country. This was due to the extremely secure shipping with Styrofoam. I only encountered one problem. One of the screws a knob on the roll top was not long enough to reach the threads. I contacted Jane in online marketing, with pictures, and she immediately mail the proper length screw. In other words, customer service is also excellent. This is a desk that would cost two to three times as much in a furniture store. The two parts are heavy, but at 68-years of age I was able to assemble them by myself. This is a beautiful, solid oak desk, and a value like no other.

    I ordered two of these beautiful desks, one for my husband and one for me! They were everything we had hoped for. They are beautifully constructed. Assembly was easy. They arrived well packaged and protected and in perfect condition. We are very impressed and very happy with these desks!

    This desk is what my wife and I wanted for a small home office with a everything at our fingertips. We fight over which drawers belong to whom. Being a school teacher v. Judge, she wins and has organized it well. Country Marketplace has been a joy to work with. Jane heads up their public relations and calls you when the order is placed, shipped and delivered. The follow through was unusual to say the least. I would buy from them again.

    Amazing desk. Solid oak and cabinet grade oak plywood. Beautiful finish. There are cheaper desks, but, they are just that, cheap and this one is not. Jane was wonderful in notifying me as to the progress of the build and the shipping. At 63 I was able to carry in all the pieces except the top, my wife helped me with that. 1.5 hours from delivery to assembled and all the cardboard cleaned up. I am going to use this as a fly tying desk. Lots of drawers and cubby holes to store stuff. The base drawers all have full glides with friction closure stops. Three dividers and 5 positions inside the four shallow drawers.
    Also includes the file hangers for the large drawers. Couldn't be happier with the construction and looks.

    This desk is solid and well made. So much better quality than I expected..on a scale of 1-10 it's a 20!
    Assembly was easy - I've had kid's toys that were much tougher to assemble.
    Customer service outstanding too
