"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass.
It's about learning to dance in the rain."
At some point in our lives we will experience hardship or difficult times. Some of us will experience life changing hardship such as the loss of a loved one, a serious illness or injury. a divorce, or the loss of employment. It can be difficult to stay positive let alone find the joy in life in such situations.
When we experience hardship it is natural for negative feelings to emerge: regret, disappointment, denial, nostalgia for better times, anxiety over the future, lack of confidence and self-doubts. It’s normal, to experience fear, anger, sadness, and anxiety during times of adversity.
If we can learn to celebrate the good things in life as we go through the storms,
if we can learn to dance in the rain.....we can still find peace, joy, contentment,
and yes, even happiness.
